Use Opero Documents and Opero Signature to add multiple eSign links in the same email template

Example Use Cases:
Email one document comprised of several merged documents with multiple places to sign (one for each document) or send one email that contains several documents with an eSign link for each.

Possible Solutions:

The solution would depend if you want to send documents for eSign or just PDFs. We would suggest that you combine your documents into one template to generate and send one document for signature. You can use conditional merge sections to to control page breaks and determine which sections from the template you’d like to include.

Another solution would be to create a process to generate multiple Google Docs and save the Google Doc URL fields on the record. Then create eSign Doc records using automation and send with a custom email template that includes all the related eSign links.
