Add or Decrease Users/Licenses

To add or remove users to an existing Opero Documents subscription: 

If you activated using Opero, after October 2023:

  1. You were emailed an activation email when you activated which included unique links to add/remove users from your subscription. The subject was “Opero Documents is now active”. If you cannot find the email click here to retrieve your unique links.
  2. Click the link in email to modify the user quantity.
  3. Enter the new quantity of users you want for your subscription.
  4. An agreement will be generated for the change for you to then review and electronically sign.
  5. Once it is signed, if you have increased the user quantity, then you will be required to pay for the difference from the previous quantity for the remaining period.
  6. Once you have paid for the updated user quantity, or if you decreased the quantity, then the new count should take affect in your Salesforce org within a few minutes.
  7. To assign or remove licenses purchased to your Salesforce Users, go to your Salesforce, then to Setup, and Installed Packages, click “Manage Licenses” link next to the Opero Documents package, and add and remove users to the app to manage the licenses available.

If you activated in AppExchange Checkout:

  1. Login to AppExchange and click your name/photo icon in the top right, then “My Installs & Subscriptions.”
  2. Find Opero Documents app. Click drop down arrow to right of app subscription and click “manage subscription.”
  3. When in the app subscription details, click “Edit” button on bottom right of the screen.
  4. Enter the total users you want to have.
  5. Click to save subscription with new amount of users.
  6. To assign or remove licenses purchased to your Salesforce Users, go to your Salesforce, then to Setup, and Installed Packages, click “Manage Licenses” link next to the Opero Documents package, and add and remove users to the app to manage the licenses available.

Note: When you login to the AppExchange, make sure you are also logged into Salesforce. When you are redirected to the AppExchange home page, if you do not see “My Installs and Subscriptions” under your profile icon, then click on the “My Saved Listings” icon (the heart icon next to your profile). On this page check your profile icon to see if you have “My Installs and Subscriptions”. You need to be a Salesforce admin to be able to purchase more licenses.
