Cancel App Subscription

To cancel your subscription to Opero Documents:

If you activated using Opero, after October 2023:

  1. You were emailed an activation email when you activated which included unique links to cancel your subscription. The subject was “Opero Documents is now active”. If you cannot find the email click here to retrieve your unique links.
  2. Click the link in email to cancel.

If you activated in AppExchange Checkout:

  1. Login to App Exchange.
  2. Navigate to “My Installs & Subscriptions.
  3. Click “Manage Subscription” next to the app you want to cancel.
  4. Click “End Subscription”.
  5. Click “Done”.


  1. When you login to the AppExchange, make sure you are also logged into Salesforce. When you are redirected to the AppExchange home page, if you do not see “My Installs and Subscriptions” under your profile icon, then click on the “My Saved Listings” icon (the heart icon next to your profile). On this page check your profile icon to see if you have “My Installs and Subscriptions”. You need to be a Salesforce administrator.
  2. Billing Period: You will have the option to cancel immediately or at the end of the billing period.
  3. Un-Cancel: If you want to un-cancel, do so through subscription detail in AppExchange following these steps: From profile picture, click on “My Installs & Subscriptions”. For the listing you would like to renew, click the arrow at the end of the row and choose “Manage Subscription”, then click on “Renew Subscription”.
  4. Re-Activate: If there is a chance you would like to reactive the app in the future, do not uninstall the app from your org. This will preserve your configurations and allow you to activate your license again when ready.
