I have configured Opero Documents with some templates/document actions and Process Builder automation setup in Sandbox and now want to move this information over to Production. How do I do this?
You need to install the app as normal from AppExchange into your Production org. Then you can create a Change Set with your configurations made in Sandbox to deploy to Production. However, you would need to import the Document Action records since they are records not configurations under setup. You can use Dataloader to export/import Document Actions. Then, update any automation with the new Document Action autonumber or ID. The Document Action object should be available via Dataloader and you can check permissions, licenses or configuration of Dataloader if having any issues.
