Error: 403 The user has exceeded their Drive storage quota
This is a Google drive error related to exceeding your Google drive storage capacity. There is a limit of 400,000 items in a Google Drive folder.

- Check that the correct Google Drive is authorized. To do this, sign into your company Google account and verify that you are signed out of all other Google accounts. Re-authorize Opero Documents app. Check that you are authorizing the desired Google account.
- Try deleting or removing unused files from your Google Drive and see if that resolves the issue.
- If this does not resolve, or if you are unable to delete any files, we recommend purchasing additional Google Drive storage capacity.
