Error: 403 The user has exceeded their Drive storage quota

This is a Google drive error related to exceeding your Google drive storage capacity. There is a limit of 400,000 items in a Google Drive folder.

  1. Check that the correct Google Drive is authorized. To do this, sign into your company Google account and verify that you are signed out of all other Google accounts. Re-authorize Opero Documents app. Check that you are authorizing the desired Google account.
  2.  Try deleting or removing unused files from your Google Drive and see if that resolves the issue.
  3. If this does not resolve, or if you are unable to delete any files, we recommend purchasing additional Google Drive storage capacity.
