Error: Document request cannot be deleted

Question: How do I cancel or stop processing of Document Requests?

Answer: Change the status to “Error” and set the Error Count to 3. You can manage the error count field in the public custom settings. Go to Setup>Custom Settings>Opero Documents Settings. Set the Number of Retries field to equal the total number of desired retries when an error happens.

Question: How do I delete Document Requests?

Answer: You can delete document requests that are older than 30 days; however, Document Requests less than 30 days old cannot be deleted because they are used to track document generation for the current month. See this article for more information on limits: https://kb.opero.com/documents/knowledge-base/document-generation-limits/.

Document Requests older than 30 days are automatically deleted. This 30-day purge period is a default setting but users can update it to be longer. Go to Setup>Custom Settings>Opero Documents Settings. Set the Purge Period field value to any number greater than 30.
