Install App Upgrade

In order to avoid any downtime, we recommend first testing in a sandbox before installing in production. 

  1. Review the Package Release Notes: https://kb.opero.com/documents/knowledge-base/package-update-release-notes/
  2. Login to AppExchange and click your name/photo icon in the top right, then “My Installs & Subscriptions.”
  3. Find Opero Documents in the list.
  4. Click drop down arrow to right of app subscription.
  5. Select “Install Upgrade”.

If it prompts you to pay for a subscription, check the following:

When you login to the AppExchange, make sure you are logged in to the trailblazer.me account that is tied it to your Salesforce account, as well as the Salesforce org. When you are redirected to the AppExchange home page, if you do not see “My Installs and Subscriptions” under your profile icon, then click on the “My Saved Listings” icon (the heart icon next to your profile). On this page check your profile icon to see if you have “My Installs and Subscriptions”. Find Opero Documents in the list and install upgrade.
