Solution:

This error happens when existing Opero Fax customers with a package version 1.85 or older tries to upgrade their package. To resolve, follow these steps:

  1. First, install this patch version: 1.85.1 https://login.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04t5d0000015inR
  2. Once the patch is installed, immediately upgrade to most current package available on the AppExchange: https://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N3000000B5FogEAF
