Send Payment Receipts

You can create a Flow on the Payment object to send a payment receipt by creating your own custom email template. Set automation to execute this when the Payment Status equals Succeeded.

If you want to send a PDF payment receipt, you can configure this with Opero Documents.

  • The Document Action base object will be the Payment object.
  • Document Action output format will be PDF.
  • If you want to merge the a link to the receipt into an email template, set Document Action “Save URL to Salesforce Field” to a custom field that you create, such as “Receipt_Doc_URL__c”.
