Make Company and Title Not Required (optional)

If you don’t need the signer to provide a company or title, for example when the individual is a person signing, instead of a company and you want to remove company and title from the signature page, you can configure that.

You would create a Flow to execute when eSign Doc is created (no conditions), to check (make TRUE) the field eSign Doc.Title And Company Not Required . So once you send the document (create the eSign Doc record) this box gets checked, then by the time the person clicks to sign, its already checked and they won’t have to enter company/title.
