Add Signed PDF to Notes & Attachments on Base Object

If you would like a copy of the signed PDF document to go directly to the Files (or Notes & Attachments) related list on the object record in addition to (or in replacement of) the related list on the eSign doc record, you can create a Flow or Apex trigger to copy or move the PDF attachment from the eSign Doc record to the related record.
