Fax Number Unavailable After Sandbox Refresh

When you refresh a Sandbox, you will need to transfer the fax number over to the new Sandbox. To do this, follow the steps below after the sandbox refresh:

  1. Go to the Fax Configuration tab in the refreshed sandbox and click on the Grant Access button.
  2. Create a case asking support to transfer the fax number to the new sandbox. Please include in your email either the previous org Id or the number that was assigned.
