Organization with orgID xxx not found

If you see the error “Organization with orgID xxx not found” when you access Fax Configuration tab this is likely due to a Sandbox refresh which is holding original oauth id from the original sandbox org in a private custom setting that needs to get cleared out.

Please grant login access to Opero Support and then email support and tell them “In org id xxx I’m getting an error Organization with orgID not found on the Fax Configuration tab. I have granted login access to this org.

Opero Support need to login to your org and update the private custom setting under eFax Dev Private Settings called Security Token to null.
